Leisure facilities at LA ActiveLife, The Elms Academy

Whatever your fitness plan, the fully equipped, air-conditioned gym at LA ActiveLife caters for all your fitness and health needs.

The Centre is for use by the local community.  We also offer yoga, HITT and spinning classes weekday evenings.

CLUB FACILITIES

The gym

The gym is full of cardio equipment and resistance machines to give you a complete workout. If you want to try some different exercise we also have a functional training zone to make your routine more challenging and fun.

Sports hall & outside pitches

We have a sports hall and outside Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) available for hire. Sports include : Tennis, netball, basketball, volleyball, badminton and 5 aside.
