Following on from our Good Ofsted inspection in 2020 and after consulting with  stakeholders in 2021, we changed our name to The Elms Academy in September 2022.  The name change reflects not only the academy's location on Elms Road, but more importantly, our changing vision and values along with our recent successes and achievements.

We are always looking to appoint enthusiastic and talented staff who relish the opportunity to be involved in making The Elms Academy and themselves outstanding.  You will work in a fast-paced and innovative environment, and make a significant difference to the lives of young people.

If you would like to be part of an exciting, innovative school please contact us through the 'register your interest link' or come and visit us - no appointment necessary. If you would like to register your interest directly or would like more information, please contact cperry@theelmsacademy.org.uk

I look forward to meeting you.

Best wishes
Amy Welch
