Sixth Form Open Evening

Our Sixth Form Open Evening will take place on Thursday 3 December, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. The evening will provide an opportunity to explore the wide range of opportunities available to our students, learn more about our Sixth Form provision and discover what life at The Elms Academy could offer you.

To help us plan for the evening and ensure we can provide the best possible experience for all visitors, we kindly ask that you complete this short registration form, including the number of guests who will be attending with you.
